1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (honey, ghee, and other consumables), we do not accept returns once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Returns are only accepted if:
    • You received the wrong product.
    • The product was damaged during delivery.
    • The product is expired or defective upon arrival.

2. Return Process

  • If your order meets the above criteria, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@freshnpure.pk or WhatsApp +92 321 8410381 with:
    • Your order number
    • A photo of the product and packaging
    • A brief description of the issue
  • Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

3. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash after confirmation.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Orders returned after 48 hours without a valid reason
