1. Delivery Areas
- We deliver all across Pakistan through reliable courier services (Leopard, TCS, M&P, Call Courier, etc.).
- Home delivery is available in major cities like Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, and more.
2. Delivery Time
- Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 1–2 working days
- Other major cities: 2–4 working days
- Remote areas / villages: 4–7 working days
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next working day.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard delivery charges apply depending on your location and order weight.
- Free delivery may be offered on special promotions or bulk orders.
4. Order Processing
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an SMS / WhatsApp confirmation.
- Tracking details will be shared once the parcel is dispatched.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across Pakistan.
- Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive the parcel.
6. Delivery Issues
- If your parcel is delayed or lost due to courier issues, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the matter.
- If a product arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours (see Return Policy).
