1. Eligibility for Returns
- Due to the nature of our products (honey, ghee, and other consumables), we do not accept returns once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Returns are only accepted if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product is expired or defective upon arrival.
2. Return Process
- If your order meets the above criteria, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@freshnpure.pk or WhatsApp +92 321 8410381 with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
- Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
3. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash after confirmation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Orders returned after 48 hours without a valid reason
